A Cryotherapy facial involves having liquid nitrogen also known as dry ice pumped all over your face. Cryotherapy uses sub-zero temperature to give the skin a cold shock, this will send fresher blood to the targeted area. More blood means more oxygen and a richer nutrient delivery, which flushes away toxins and reduces water retention. Resulting in fresher skin that looks and feels plumped and refreshed all within a matter of minutes.
Cryo therapy facial is performed by a practitioner with a hand held wand held 6-7 inches from the face. You’ll feel liquid CO2 hitting your face from the end of the wand. It’ll definitely feel cold — like sticking your face in a freezer — but it shouldn’t be unbearable. The practitioner will go over your entire face and the treatment usually is for 10 minutes and the best thing is, it can be done over makeup. Some people find the sensation relaxing others might feel a little discomfort with the freezing temperature but it’s certainly not painful.
Following your treatment you can return to your normal daily activities. There is no downtime associated with this non-surgical procedure.
To maintain the results, we recommend a cryo facial every 3 to 5 weeks. The more frequently you have the treatment, the more permanent results will be.

Cryo facial is a quick non-invasive facial treatment with immediate results, anyone wanting an instant boost with a radiant complexion then this is for you. The intense cold causes your blood vessels to contract and your pores to tighten, once your skin returns to its normal temperature, the blood vessels dilate quickly. This causes an increase in the flow of blood and oxygen to the face, which can make your skin glow and more vibrant. The rush of blood and oxygen can also make the face look taut with reduced pores.
Results are pretty immediate and may even peak over the course of a couple of days, tapering out at the one-week mark or so. To see longer-lasting benefits we recommend 6-8 sessions every 3-4 weeks.
They do! The cold temperatures help minimize oil production and also reduce inflammation and redness.
Cryotherapy is very well tolerated, fluctuations in blood pressure during the procedure can change by up to 10 points (this effect reverses after the end of the procedure, as peripheral circulation returns to normal), allergic reaction to extreme cold (rare), redness and skin burns (only if exposed to low temperatures longer than recommended) have been reported.
Our clients report that after each session, they feel good and energetic.
No, you don’t. This procedure is dry and does not make your skin wet.
