The subscription fee is £30/monthly which is debited from your nominated account, with no lock in contracts. The entire fee that you pay is not a membership fee or cost, this fee is redeemable on treatments in our skin clinic every month. In essence, being member doesn’t cost you anything.

Your full face analysis is a consultation with our Registered Nurses. They will understand your goals and answer any questions, and offer personalised treatment solutions.
Yes, prepaid sessions do expire. If you purchase less than 10 treatments you will have 12 months to use them. If you purchase 10 or more treatments, you’ll have 18 months to use them.
We will match competitor pricing however there are some terms and conditions, please see these on our website, located in the footer of this page.
We take a fully refundable deposit of £35 for all our consultations and treatments. When booking in single treatments your deposit will be deducted from your consultation or treatment cost when you attend. The deposit will be refunded in the event you need to cancel subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Please note, all consultations with nurse/clinicians will not receive a refund on attendance as this consultations is chargeable at £35, however, this is still redeemable against any treatment purchased after the consultation.
Prepaid course of treatments are also subject to standard policy. Failure to give the full notice will result in the treatment being redeemed by the clinic.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic.
We send out an email confirmation within an hour of your booking and an email and sms reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Please bear in mind that it is 3rd party solution that we use this as a complimentary service to create a better user experience. Check your spam folder in case if you have not received an email and feel free to call us or drop an email in case if you are unsure about your appointment date and time.
If you’d like to re-arrange your appointment, you can simply give us a call or drop us an email and we’ll arrange your appointment at a time that suits you. We kindly ask that you call us no later than 72 hours before your appointment. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient and also wouldn’t result in any further charge.
